We understand that life happens and plans can change. At the same time, every Chef Teach Me class is carefully prepared in advance, from kitchen hire and ingredients to chefs, equipment and guest materials. Many people rely on each confirmed booking.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the class are eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the class are non-refundable.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional charge.

• You may also move your booking to another available Chef Teach Me class, subject to availability.

• Transfer requests must be made before the scheduled class begins. No-shows cannot be refunded or transferred.

• If Chef Teach Me cancels a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
